Q. How long will it take for my website or blog to be complete?
A. After the setup fee is paid, we will contact you by email to request the information we need for each page of your site and work will begin immediately. It generally takes about 1 to 2 weeks to complete your site, depending on the size and plan that you order.


Q. Can I start with one package and upgrade or downgrade to a different package?
A. Yes. You can change your plan option any time you want. We offer flexible solutions to fit your business needs.


Q. What if I require a larger package than the standard plans you provide?
A. If you would like a custom package please request a quote for additional services.


Q. Can I make changes to my website information?
A. Yes. Content updates are included with every website plan, so if any of your info needs to be changed a quick email is all it takes!


Q. Will my website or blog be found by search engines?
A. Yes. Our websites and blogs are very search engine friendly. Not only do we build you a search engine optimized site, but we go above and beyond by including a search engine listing service with every plan. If you already own a website or blog, you can also order this service separately.


Q. Are there any long term contracts?
A. No. Although we would love to have you as a client for life, there are no long term contracts. All packages are billed on a month to month basis with no minimum commitment.


Q. Is there any sales tax on my order?
A. Canadian clients will be charged sales tax based on the rates for each province. International clients are not charged sales tax.


Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ect) via our secure checkout. You will receive an invoice by email and all future payments are billed automatically.
